THE POWER OF CORRECT CHURCH MEMBERSHIP When a woman gives birth to a child, she does not leave the baby at the hospital but takes the child home and nurtures him/her till maturity. The same happens in the Kingdom. After the new birth, the next thing God does is to place you in a local church. Correct church membership is one of the foundational matters in the Kingdom. The devil knows the power of church membership and will always fight Christians from becoming correct church members. He either keeps a believer from going to the right church or makes the person attend church in the wrong way. That was why the Lord Jesus told Peter in Matthew 16:18, “… I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it .” Having done church work over the years, I want to share with you, some key truths that will revolutionize your church membership and consequently lead to profiting in the Kingdom.
