The psalms are one of the best places to find people who lived thousands of years ago and experienced the same fears, frustrations, and emotions you have.  You aren’t alone in not always knowing how to live, and you aren’t alone if you’re ever frustrated with how you live. In those moments, don’t be afraid to ask God for help—and others. 

Take a few minutes today to ask God to help you, and then talk with someone else about an area you are struggling in, too. God often uses other people in our lives to guide and direct us.
