There are seasons in all of our lives when it can be easy to start to worry about something.  Worrying about something can cause you a lot of stress and it can even make you physically sick.  What do you typically do when you start to worry about something?  Do you find yourself fearful, anxious, or even angry?  When you feel yourself starting to get worried, we want to challenge you to talk to God and talk to a trusted friend.  Getting your fears and worries out in the open is a powerful step that can help bring you healing.  Allowing others into your struggles also gives them the opportunity to speak words of truth and love.  Words have incredible power and can brighten your day if you allow others to speak into your life.

 Challenge: Today we challenge you to identify one or two trusted friends who you can share your worries with.  Be sure to talk to that person about your concerns and take time to pray together to bring your worries to God.
