For some people, the holidays can be a scary time. It may represent the end of a year that perhaps brought a lot of pain for them, it could represent a new year coming full of questions and scary unknowns. The beauty of the song “Winter Wonderland” is that it reminds us to ‘face unafraid the plans that we’ve made,’ and as believers, we need to be reminded that we’re not alone when the future seems dark. We can sing “Winter Wonderland” and be reminded that it’s okay to be nervous about the future, but that we will never have to face it alone. This holiday season, remember that we’re never alone in this world because of the miracle of Jesus’ birth.
