You are powerful. That may seem hard to believe because we don’t always feel it, but it’s true! You have the power to influence, encourage, and love. You have the power to do damage and hurt. We can express that power when we use our words on social media or in person. Jesus invites us to use it to love others and invite them to belong. We can best do that by loving others as Jesus loves us. Sure, He didn’t have TikTok, Snapchat, or DMs, but He used His words in powerful ways. When we use our words and platform as He did, we can change the world around us for the better. This week, pray and ask God to show you how to use your words for good.
