Within any team, there is both individual and collective contribution.  There is a big difference between what one person can do and what a team of committed individuals can accomplish.  There is something powerful about having others come alongside us in any work. We all need help. We all need a sense of team and family in life.  There is strength when we labor with others toward a desired outcome.  

In modern times, it’s easy to think about how gifted and talented we are on our own; so tempted to see our lives as self-made or self-built.  While we need a sense of confidence, we have to acknowledge that we don't ever make it on our own. It was always about us being found in community and in relationship with others. We’re better together and we were always intended to be this way.
