 Fear is a Phantom! 

Do you know, with absolute assurance, that you have joined the winning side? 

Then you will not be harassed by fear. 

There is no way a believer can be crushed by Satan. Those who belong to Jesus are unbeatable. You see every Christian has the Winner, Christ Himself, on his side. “If God is for us, who can be against us?” (Rom. 8:31). Fear is forged in hell. It is issued by Satan as a standard weapon to all demons. They know the meaning of fear. It has a paralyzing force. Demons are full of fear themselves, as scorpions are full of poison. Fear is Satan’s venom. He wants to sting us all, making us sick with fear. The devil will create a future for us packed with frightening images, and roll it out for us, like a reel of film on the screen of our minds. However, they are all illusions. Fears are mere phantoms. They only take on substance if we accept them as truths. We must exorcise these ghosts. Conquering dread is the blow against the enemy that neutralizes his primary attack. “No weapon formed against you shall prosper” (Isa. 54:17). We have our own weapon, the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God (Eph. 6:17). Know the Word, and learn from it that we are not at the mercy of the devil! You are on the winning side! Satan wants you to believe you are doomed. But that is not so! “No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us” (Romans 8:37). Believe it! You’re more than a conqueror through Jesus!
