Thinking only about yourself is easy to do. After all, you’re the person you spend the most time with every single day! But this verse reminds us that we need to remember to think of others, too. Taking an interest in someone means to give them the same kind of concern that you give to yourself. If we all thought about how others feel or what others need in addition to our own needs, we would see better relationships, better communities, and a better world. This week, find one thing you can do to go out of your way to put the needs of someone else in your life before your own.
