God Speaks Through His Son

Think about how much we’ve advanced just to communicate. Smartphones can send texts, record videos, post on social media, and call someone across the world in seconds. But none of that compares to the greatest communication breakthrough in history—when God Himself broke the silence between Heaven and Earth.

In the past, God spoke through prophets. These men were filled with the Holy Spirit, called to speak and write divine truth. Their role was to prepare the way—to point forward to something, or Someone, far greater. That Someone is Jesus Christ.

Jesus isn’t just another prophet or teacher. According to Hebrews 1, Jesus is the full and final Word of God. He’s not just the messenger—He is the message. He’s the heir of all things, the Creator, the Sustainer, and the radiance of God’s glory. He didn’t just come to say something—He came to be the answer.

Let’s summarize this staggering introductory portrait of Jesus Christ:

This is the God-man who stepped down from His throne to live among us, die for us, rise again, and now intercede for us. He’s not just a religious figure—He’s the exact imprint of God. When you see Jesus, you’re seeing what God is like.

So how does God speak today? Through His Son. Through the Scriptures that testify to Him. And through the Spirit who helps us understand it all.
