What have life’s lessons taught you? 

There are many things I have learned from the hard times in my life, but a couple of them seem to really stand out. One truth that can be both encouraging and perplexing is that God is in control. The knowledge that nothing happens without God’s permission can be a real struggle at times. It can cause us to cry out “why, God, why?” But He is sovereign. A second truth helps us with the first. God has a plan for my life--a personal plan meant just for me. He knows everything about my journey and He is going to see me through, no matter what. The third truth I have discovered is that God will never put more on me than He will put in me. He’s got us covered with His supernatural peace, grace and strength. No matter what you are facing or going through, our dear Savior is  right there with you. We may not understand why, but we can trust that God is greater and He’s in control!
