Winter is essential for growth. Stripped down to the bare minimum, our economic, emotional or spiritual winter makes clear to us the essential from the superfluous. Without a vane and prideful attitude, we will call out “Abba, Father, I need You.” Thus, we begin a new season with new blessings.
