Reap What You Sow

Someone wrote about an angel visiting a wealthy man who happened to be on his deathbed. After the man listed all the things he’d like to take to heaven with him, the angel told him, ‘You can only take what you have given away.’

“Lord, thank You for reminding me that I will reap what I sow. I am sorry for the times that I have not been generous in my love, money and my time to those in need. Please forgive me. I invite You, Holy Spirit, come – show me ways that I can do good. In Jesus’s name. Amen.”
