Do you feel confident enough to share your life story? What about your faith story? Maybe you would jump at the chance . . . or the thought alone just freaks you out. No matter your level of comfort with sharing, it can be easy to come up with reasons why you’re not the right person for the job. You might think, “I’m too young," “I wouldn’t know how to answer someone’s questions,” or maybe you think that God needs perfect people to share their faith stories. The good thing is - God says anyone willing to share their faith story is capable. 

When it comes to sharing our faith story, we may feel like we just aren't ready for it. Well, after Jesus rose from the dead, He promised His followers that He would send His Spirit to continue to prepare them to do amazing things. The same Holy Spirit Jesus mentions guides us when we don't feel qualified. So next time you feel like you aren't "enough" to share your faith story, remember that you've been given the Holy Spirit to encourage you.
