That first installment is like our relationship with the Holy Spirit. All we have to do is take that first step and allow the Holy Spirit to guide us and watch that spiritual investment grow over time. That one "deposit" goes a long way. So what happens in the long run? Do we ever see this spiritual investment "pay off?" Absolutely! Knowing the Holy Spirit's voice is guiding us throughout life adds so much value to our choices and decisions.
