LEADERSHIP WISDOM FROM the WILDનમૂનો

Keep Discernment
“A wise man’s heart discerneth both time and judgment” (Ecclesiastes 8:5). The octopus can change its color and texture to blend with its environment, not out of fear, but out of discernment. It knows when to reveal and when to conceal, when to move and when to remain still. It studies the currents before it acts, ensuring that every motion serves a purpose. In the same way, wise leaders operate not by impulse, but by insight.
In leadership, discernment is spiritual camouflage, not deception, but discretion. It is the ability to sense what others miss. A discerning leader reads the atmosphere before speaking, observes the moment before deciding, and waits for divine direction before taking action. Discernment protects vision from premature exposure and keeps purpose aligned with God’s perfect timing.
Jesus modeled this flawlessly. He was gentle with the broken, firm with the proud, and silent before His accusers. Every word and every pause carried divine precision. To lead like Christ is to walk in rhythm with the Spirit, never rushing ahead, never lagging behind.
Consider: Do you rush into decisions, or do you pause to sense what the Spirit is doing? Discernment is the key to timely action. Wait, watch, and listen; God’s timing is always perfect.
About this Plan
