LEADERSHIP WISDOM FROM the WILD

DAY 26 OF 30

Be Sensitive to God

“He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches” (Revelation 2:7). The octopus survives not by strength but by sensitivity. Its entire body can feel movement and vibration, allowing it to respond wisely to its surroundings. It doesn’t fight the current; it flows with it, guided by instinct and awareness. In the same way, great leaders don’t just act; they attune themselves to the subtle whispers of God’s Spirit.

Leadership is not first about activity, but about awareness. It is not about doing more, but discerning more. Many people lose direction because they move without listening. A spiritually aware leader, however, moves only at God’s command. Like the octopus, whose eight arms explore different directions yet stay connected to one mind, the godly leader may manage many responsibilities but remains anchored to one Source: God.

When you learn to sense God’s gentle nudges, your steps will never wander. You’ll know when to move, when to wait, and when to speak. Spiritual awareness is the true compass of effective leadership; it keeps you centered when life feels uncertain.

Consider: How often do you pause to hear what God is saying before you act or decide? Are your daily movements guided by impulse or by divine awareness? Listen closely—the Spirit still speaks.

About this Plan

LEADERSHIP WISDOM FROM the WILD

God created animals not only for our meat but also for us to learn wisdom. When you behold the animals from the angle of love and fear for God, you will catch the wisdom of God for a prevailing life.
