LEADERSHIP WISDOM FROM the WILD

DAY 25 OF 30

Be Enthusiastic

“At the blast of the trumpet he says, ‘Aha!’ He smells the battle from afar, the thunder of captains and shouting” (Job 39:25). Enthusiasm is the heart of leadership, the divine energy that makes a person advance with joy even in the face of challenges. The horse doesn’t retreat at the sound of the trumpet; it runs toward it with a cry of “Aha!” That shout is not fear; it is excitement. The horse senses opportunity in the midst of opposition.

The word enthusiasm comes from the Greek entheos, meaning “God within.” When you are filled with God, you are filled with zeal. His presence ignites passion, courage, and joy that no circumstance can quench. Challenges don’t drain you; they drive you. Like the war horse, you smell destiny in every battle and run with divine excitement toward victory.

H. W. Arnold once said, “The worst bankrupt is the man who has lost his enthusiasm.” When your spirit loses fire, your purpose loses direction. Don’t let fear, fatigue, or disappointment rob you of the divine spark within. Renew your energy daily in God’s presence, for there your fire is rekindled.

Consider: Are you advancing with joy or dragging in despair? Let God refill your heart with holy enthusiasm. Remember, those who move with God never retreat.

About this Plan

LEADERSHIP WISDOM FROM the WILD

God created animals not only for our meat but also for us to learn wisdom. When you behold the animals from the angle of love and fear for God, you will catch the wisdom of God for a prevailing life.
