Praise In the Presence of GodExemple

Sons and Daughters of God
Years ago I was part of a reserve military training program. During my training, I was taught how a small team of soldiers—a squad—was to move forward in enemy territory. Each man had an assigned place in formation following the lead soldier. We were to proceed in such a way that we “covered” one another. Each soldier was responsible to maximize the safety and security of the others in his squad.
That is the essence of New Testament submission in relationships. It has nothing to do with reducing one another, but everything to do with protecting each other—being sensitive to one another, being sensible, and serving in our relationship to one another.
There are no doormats—only brothers and sisters in Christ, sons and daughters of the Father.

À propos de ce plan

Pastor Jack Hayford points the way to the life-changing pathway of praise. No matter how you feel, praise will shape what your experiences will become. When doubts come, praise God that His Word will never fail you. When fears taunt, praise God that His presence never leaves you. When questions arise, praise God that His wisdom holds every answer. Praise leads you to the One who assures peace beyond strife, hope beyond trial, joy beyond sorrow, and life beyond all.
