Praise In the Presence of GodExemple

Journey of Faith
Jesus—Who is “the Way”—is always calling us to follow Him. Reading the journals of Faith’s champions, we find that to effectively and fruitfully follow Christ is to follow a lifelong summons to new horizons. There’s a certain unsettledness with any serious disciple. It isn’t the unsettledness of erratic faith or behavior, but an unpredictability—a readiness to “go where You want me to go, dear Lord . . . be what You want me to be.”
Since Abraham, the first to “go out, not knowing where,” the faith-life has always been described as a journey—a pilgrimage. It reflects a flexibility of soul that refuses to limit itself to know the truth—it insists on experiencing it as well.

À propos de ce plan

Pastor Jack Hayford points the way to the life-changing pathway of praise. No matter how you feel, praise will shape what your experiences will become. When doubts come, praise God that His Word will never fail you. When fears taunt, praise God that His presence never leaves you. When questions arise, praise God that His wisdom holds every answer. Praise leads you to the One who assures peace beyond strife, hope beyond trial, joy beyond sorrow, and life beyond all.
