God never promised to change our painful circumstances into easier ones. I know . . .  bummer. He didn’t promise that all our hurt, or challenges, or struggles would disappear when we believed in Him. But He does promise to be with us. To be our source of strength to get through them. To be the One we can trust so that we don’t have to stay afraid. With that in mind, we can walk forward with faith believing that what God promises in His Word He will do.

What are you facing right now? What’s causing you to fear? Identify it. Spend some time this week telling God exactly how you’re feeling about it. And then ask Him to give you the strength to walk through it and trust in Him.
