The Bible's Business Plan

DAY 14 OF 31

“You may say in your heart, ‘My power and the strength of my hand made me this wealth.’ But you are to remember the Lord your God, for it is He who is giving you power to make wealth, in order to confirm His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.” Deuteronomy 8:17-18 NASB

BUSINESS BIBLE

You may have heard that money is evil. If you don’t know what the Bible says about money, and you think it is evil, you will never have any (or feel guilty if you do). In business, money makes the world go ‘round. Money enables business, trade, and investing to create, store, and share wealth. Without money, business is impossible, and the economy doesn’t work.

The Bible reveals that the power to produce wealth is a covenant or contract with God.[1]The power is in the Principles, a body of laws for business, that form the operating system in God’s economy. These Principles for business are generally accepted and recognized as best practice today. They are guaranteed to work and promise to produce wealth.

So, get to work and earn all you can, save all you can, give all you can!

[1]Deuteronomy 8:18.

PRAY

Lord, give me the power to produce wealth and confirm your covenant!
