Grief Survivor: 30 Steps Toward Hope and Healing Näide

IT'S OK TO NOT BE OK
If grief has taken the wind out of your sails, please know it's OK to not be OK. Most of us don't want to feel broken, even temporarily. Keep in mind you are going through one of life's most challenging seasons, and there may be some dark days. Thankfully, the pain will not always be this intense.
Being honest with people who want to help is critical. The next time a trusted person asks how you're doing, tell the truth. Tell them how you're really feeling. Hopefully today is a terrific day. If not, let someone know.
Reflect: How are you coping today? Really? Write about it.

About this Plan

Losing a loved one can leave you anxious, confused, and even feeling a little bit crazy. The good news is you're not crazy. You're grieving. Author, Beth Marshall understands. After losing some of her favorite family members, she wasn't sure where to turn. She ultimately found great comfort through God's word and by writing straight through the valley until the light began to shine again. You're invited to grab a journal, reflect or write through the daily prompts, and allow the Lord to begin to heal your heart.
