Grief Survivor: 30 Steps Toward Hope and Healing Näide

GETTING UNSTUCK
When adversity comes, it's easy to get stuck replaying a video in your mind of what used to be. Grieving twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week is unsustainable, and will leave you exhausted.
Even in the midst of intense sorrow, you are probably thankful for something. One of the best ways to redirect your emotions from debilitating worry and sadness to thankfulness and joy is to take time daily to breathe in fresh air. A brilliant sunset or warm breeze can help when you're feeling overwhelmed.
Refresh: If something or someone has inspired you today, take a moment and thank the Lord;

About this Plan

Losing a loved one can leave you anxious, confused, and even feeling a little bit crazy. The good news is you're not crazy. You're grieving. Author, Beth Marshall understands. After losing some of her favorite family members, she wasn't sure where to turn. She ultimately found great comfort through God's word and by writing straight through the valley until the light began to shine again. You're invited to grab a journal, reflect or write through the daily prompts, and allow the Lord to begin to heal your heart.
