The Nine Beatitudes of JesusNäide

Day 9 – Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness sake
We live in an evil age (see Galatians 1:4). And the kind of evil done against Christians has been so normalized that such people don’t even know that what they’re doing is wrong. Today, people have become keyboard soldiers on ministers' social media platforms, ready to insult them without any fear of God in their hearts. What a tragedy!
Jesus says when you get persecuted for righteousness sake, the kingdom of heaven. In other words, when people do all kinds of evil things against you for insisting on living according to the dictates of God, great is your inheritance in the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, when you go through afflictions because of your faith, remember God’s promise of deliverance (see Psalm 34:19) and reward for your service (see Romans 5:3, 2 Corinthians 4:7).
Don’t give up. Keep moving forward in faith.
