A Spirit-Filled Life

DAY 1 OF 7

The Endless Search for “Enough”

Life feels like a constant balancing act. Work enough. Rest enough. Pray enough. Love enough. Save enough. Be enough. And no matter how hard we try, we always seem to come up short. The “tank” of our soul constantly leaks, and we scramble to refill it with performance, achievement, or approval.

Jesus’ words in Matthew 6 cut through the noise: “Do not worry about your life.” He invites us to release the exhausting calculations and trust Him for provision. He is not only aware of our needs; He delights in meeting them.

When we live focused on “enough,” we inevitably burn out. When we live from Christ’s abundance, we find rest. He doesn’t merely top off an empty soul, He fills us with Himself, offering living water that never runs dry.

Reflection Question:
Where in your life do you feel most pressured to “do enough”?
How can you invite Jesus into that space today?

About this Plan

A Spirit-Filled Life

The single command Jesus gave his followers before igniting his movement was “Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised...” (Acts 1:4). He was telling them to wait and then move with the Spirit. For a movement to accomplish God's mission, it must be guided by the Spirit of God. We want to challenge every leader at Exponential with the big idea of Spirit-filled: Moving With The Spirit.
