What Exactly Is Faith?Sample

Faith is Voice-Activated
What if I told you that, as a child of God, you don’t just speak to people, you can also speak to things and situations?
Jesus spoke to a fig tree. Ezekiel spoke to dry bones. Joshua spoke to the sun to stand still. Jesus told His disciples they could speak to mountains. In God’s kingdom, speech is more than communication; it is a medium for exercising divine authority over situations in our lives.
What is the “mountain” in your life? That situation that seems immovable or insurmountable? Speak. Declare God’s verdict over it. The Bible says, “Let the weak say, ‘I am strong.’”
Just as it is the doctor’s responsibility to provide a diagnosis, to say what he sees, it is your responsibility as a believer to make a declaration, to say what you want to see. Remember in the beginning: the earth was dark, formless, and empty. What did God do? He spoke: “Let there be light". His words brought creation into existence. Your words carry creative power, too. Speak what God has said, declare what He has promised, and hold fast to your confession of faith even when nothing seems to change.
If your faith is too small to move your mouth, it is certainly too small to move your mountain.
Do you believe it? Then say it.
