No Process, No PurposeSample

God Equips You for Your Purpose – Day 3
God never calls you to something without equipping you first. From the moment He formed you, He placed within you the gifts and abilities needed to fulfill His purpose.
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”
(Jeremiah 1:5, NIV)
“He has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace.”
(2 Timothy 1:9, NIV)
Maybe you think you don’t have what it takes, but God has already placed everything you need inside you. The problem is that we often compare our tools with those of others. But your purpose doesn’t need what God gave someone else—it only needs what He placed in you.
In everyday life, it’s like trying to use someone else’s password to access your own account—it will never work. Your purpose is linked to what God already gave you, not to what you see in others.
Talk with God and open your heart:
Lord, thank You because You have already given me what I need to fulfill Your purpose. Help me stop comparing myself and start valuing what You placed within me. Use my gifts and talents for Your glory. Amen.
Think about this:
• What gifts and abilities do you recognize that God has placed in you?
• How can you use them for His purpose and not just your own plans?
Coming up on Day 4: God’s Love in the Process
Tomorrow we’ll see that God’s love is not a reward at the end—it’s the strength that sustains us through every stage of the process.

About this Plan

We all long to live with purpose, but many times we forget that God’s purpose is fulfilled through a process. That process is not always easy—it involves trials, waiting seasons, and lessons that shape our character. The Bible shows us that every stage, even the hardest one, is part of God’s perfect design. This 5-day plan will help you trust that every process has meaning, persevere through testing, and walk with hope toward the eternal purpose that God has already prepared for your life.
