Reflection:

Jesus didn’t wait for his disciples to be mature or fully equipped. He called ordinary young people and invited them to learn as they followed. Mentoring doesn’t require us to have mastered everything; it requires us to invite others into the journey we’re already on. You don’t have to schedule big programs or create perfect teaching moments—sometimes mentoring is as simple as inviting a teenager into your daily life, your work, your joys, and your prayers.
