AS FOR ME & MY SCHOOL
What does it look like to share the gospel and see my school come to know Christ!
Ps Jess Preston | Citipointe Church West
You’ve just experienced a life-changing four days at Youth Camp, and now it’s time to take it into your school & share it with your friends! This may seem scary, but your school and your friends matter. They matter more than the nervousness and embarrassment you may feel by sharing the Gospel. Their eternity matters & sharing the Gospel doesn’t have to be scary!
Jesus commands us in Matthew 28:19-20, “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Any time you share the Gospel with others, the Holy Spirit is with you. All it takes to share is a few simple steps & these can work in any setting - school, work, friends, and people you’ve just met.
- Pray beforehand, ask God to guide you in the conversation
- Ask if the person knows God or would like to know more about Him
- Share the good news of Jesus Christ with them. He died and was raised again to bring forgiveness to all, and He loves them!
It doesn’t need to be complicated.
Now it’s time to take what happened to you at Youth Camp into your school! Talk to others about how Jesus has changed your life. Start a lunchtime prayer group, invite your friends to youth on Friday & church on Sunday.
YOU play such an important role in seeing your generation changed for Jesus.

About this Plan

The altar was only the beginning—now it’s time to walk in the power of your “yes” to God. This Bible plan will help you live out Joshua 24:15: “As for me…” Each day will stir your faith, strengthen boldness, and ignite a fire to stand for Jesus in your family, school, and generation. Through prayer, Scripture, and the Holy Spirit, you’ll be equipped to live unshaken. Camp lit the flame, but the fire is meant to fall in daily life. You are marked, chosen, and anointed to live with purpose and power for such a time as this.
