Obedience isn’t compliance. It’s relational. It’s not legalism—it’s love.

Revival is God making His home in us.

You want power? You want healing? Freedom? Revival? Then do what God asks you to do. Empowerment follows obedience.

Think about it:

• Noah obeyed before a single drop of rain fell.
• Abraham obeyed before he even knew where he was going.
• Moses obeyed with nothing but a staff.
• Jesus obeyed in baptism before any miracle.

Obedience opens the way for God’s empowerment.

Revival isn’t just emotional—it’s rooted in doing the last thing God asked you to do. Have you done it? Have you forgiven, served, spoken, or acted in the way He prompted?

Charles Stanley said, “Obedience is the key that unlocks all the blessings of God.”

Sometimes, obedience unlocks God’s presence. Sometimes, He allows emptiness so we recognise the gap. If you’re dry or distant, maybe this is the question: What has He asked you to do?

CS Lewis said, “The more we let God take us over, the more truly ourselves we become.” The more we follow Him, the more we become who we were meant to be.
