All Who Are Weary: God Is My ComfortSample

Jesus Has Overcome the World
“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” -John 16:33
The Promise: Jesus has overcome the world.
There is nothing the world can throw at you that Jesus hasn’t already conquered. He is the One who has held you and kept the trouble from crushing you. He invites you to take heart, even in the middle of your weary battle, because He has already overcome and He is coming to you. What you need, He will provide.

Try This: Get Moving
Put your body in motion. Go for a run or walk, lift weights, dance—do something to break a sweat and get your heart rate up. Exercise releases endorphins that give you satisfaction and joy after the workout, and moving your body physically tires you so you sleep better, but it is also incredibly helpful in lowering stress and anxiety.
