7 Simple Ways to Worship GodSample

KEY 2: Thirty seconds kneel-down
I remember as a student, how a desire to worship God would suddenly overwhelm me. Then between classes, I would go to the restroom, close the door and kneel down – sometimes on a very cold floor – just praising God in my heart. At other times, when possible, I would do it out loud.
Something quite unexplainable happens in the human heart when we choose to kneel down physically – a humility settles in our heart, an awareness of God's goodness that we may know Him personally, and also a moment to pause and lay down any burden on our heart throughout the day.
You can experience this too. Throughout the day, whenever you have a minute alone – kneel down, pray and give thanks to God. It can become a really exciting way of walking with God – looking for a next opportunity to kneel and praise! However awkward it feels the first time you do it, just persevere in seeking out opportunities to humble your heart before the Lord like this. There is not a set rule for how many times a day to do this – just enjoy your walk with the Lord and follow the promptings of the Holy Spirit! If it is physically impossible for you to kneel, intentionally take moments where you pause all activity, close your eyes, and worship the Lord by telling Him how precious He is to you.
