Jesus is Always with Me
“… and surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” -Matthew 28:20
The Promise: Jesus is always with me.
Jesus promises His presence until the end of time. He’s not taking a break for a few years or stepping away for a moment. He is absolutely committed to you and will never take time off when it comes to loving you and being with you when you are scared or unsure. When Jesus whispers to you, “I am with you always,” He means it.

Try This: Be Outside
Sit outside. Somewhere quiet. Maybe you can hear birds or the rustle of the wind. Pay attention to the songs of nature, and feel the slight breeze on your skin. Watch a tree wave its branches and adjust to the cadence of the earth. These natural rhythms can automatically slow your mind and heart.
