Resurrection!Sample

It seems as if most original copies of Mark’s gospel end with verse 8, which seems like a very abrupt ending! This has caused this passage to be the subject of much debate. We might ask questions like, why were the women afraid? Why isn’t there a happy ending?
However, perhaps these are not the correct questions. What Mark does include is an empty tomb and the promise of Jesus being risen. It is possible that Mark is offering his readers the chance to participate in the story - how will we respond to this information?
