Power for LifeSample

Throughout the history of the Church, Christians have found the Psalms to be a helpful guide to prayer. As you read Psalm 7 today, ask that God would direct you to a line, phrase, or thought that can be a springboard for your own personal prayers. For instance, you may choose verse 1, which reads, "Lord my God, I take refuge in you; save and deliver me from all who pursue me." To turn this into a guide for prayer, you may pray something like, "Lord, I take refuge in you; I need your help right now in my… (work, marriage, addiction, pain, friendship, family)." Reflect on the verse and your prayer time with the Lord in the Notes feature of the YouVersion App.
