WE ARE ONE IN CHRIST JESUS This section of scripture is one of my favorites, as Paul explains God's law and promise.  At first glance, it may seem that His law and promise conflict, but the law was created to be a guardian for God's children, until Christ came.  For us?  We no longer need the protection of the law, because we are one in Christ.  We are heirs.  We are equals. And God's promise to Abraham is His promise to us. - We live in a culture where few things, if anything, are truly free.  It is easy to twist God's gift of salvation into us owing Him something back - what verses in scripture remind us of His promise? - How can we live out being One in Christ Jesus?   - If we are heirs to His promise, are we living out the joy it brings?
