Do you ever feel like the adults around you are saying the same things over and over and over again? The rules they want you to follow, the things they want you to do, and the essential things they want you to know? While it can feel frustrating to listen to, chances are they are repeating those things because they think they’re important for you to remember. It’s the same reason Jesus repeated this message of love to His followers over and over again. Above all, He wanted us to remember that loving one another is such an important part of our faith.
This week, try to memorize this verse to remind yourself that loving others is an important part of faith.
