God’s Grace Multiplied The grace of our Lord is for all. Grace is the free, unmerited favor of God. It is the kindness and love of God for His people, immeasurable love shown to an unworthy person. Exodus 14:13-31 tells us of the Egyptians’ pursuit of the Israelites. When the Israelites reached the Red Sea, they didn’t know what to do. They thought they would die at the hands of the Egyptians. But at that very moment, the Lord stretched out His hands, the waters parted and the Israelites crossed over on dry land. When the last one had crossed, the waters came together, drowning the pursuing Egyptians! Friends, we all need a Savior. We cannot save ourselves. When we were in sin, Jesus volunteered to die on the cross in our place, for our redemption. The grace of our Lord Jesus saved our lives from perishing in sin. When we accept Jesus as our Savior, faith on our part and grace on God’s part, together bring forth salvation. The grace of God sets us free from our sins and makes us righteous (Romans 3:24), saving us from eternal death. Today, with the same power and grace that is upon us, let us go to the enemy’s territory and destroy the works of the devil and win souls for the Lord. Prayer Father God, thank You for making me righteous through Your grace. Let me walk in my calling and draw people into Your saving grace. Amen.
