## You have purpose “Fixing my eyes on You makes me better.” I will never forget a conversation I had years ago with a mentor. She told me, “Imagine how your way of living would change if you started visualizing Jesus walking with you everywhere you go.” That thought changed my perspective. To believe that God is fixed on me and walks with me has been a game-changer in how I perceive God and myself. (CRYS). God is never far. He’s always near. Closer than our very breath. He delights in our happiness and feels our pain when we’re broken. He sees your heart, and knowing every detail about you, He loves you unconditionally. He’s made strong in your weakness and redeems that which seems lost. When you receive this truth, you start becoming a better version of yourself because you’ve understood you have a purpose. God is perfect, and when He formed you, He put some special, unique, and extraordinary inside of you that only YOU can give to the world. You’re not an accident. Neither your past nor your mistakes can change God’s love for you. Don’t limit yourself! Don’t lose heart! You have more to give than you know. Maybe you’re reading this and are unsure what your purpose looks like. Perhaps you haven’t dreamt in years. Today is a new day to dream of, and rebuild your expectations for the days to come. I invite you to read this affirmation out loud: “I wasn’t born by accident. I was born for greatness. I am here because I have a purpose. At every moment, God is walking with me. Even now, He is here. There is nothing impossible for me.” Read that one more time. We walk in our purpose when we fix our eyes on Jesus. Your purpose isn’t found in what you do but in who you are. Your mission in life takes shape as you reaffirm your identity as a child of God. When we look to God, we look into a mirror. We begin to see and know ourselves through the reflection of our Maker. Prayer: Open my eyes to see you and myself through your eyes. Today, I believe you walk with me. There hasn’t been a moment in my life that you haven’t been present. Help me fix my eyes on You over all else. That my thoughts would be renewed, and my heart would be transformed. In Jesus’ name, amen.
