SOAP – Isaiah 52:7 Christians are called to be peacemakers. We show love in action by trying to overcome differences between people. A Christian’s peace can rest in Jesus’ redeeming work on the cross. When faced with chaos and confusion, we rest in the knowledge that God can bring peace and reconciliation to the worst of situations. In what circumstance do you need to experience God’s peace? As a Christian, you are filled with the Spirit of the living God. The Holy Spirit freely offers peace as we submit to Him. We should always pray to remain calm and peaceful during difficulties, especially as we face a chaotic world. Father God, I thank You for Your gift of peace and love. Help me to avoid chaos and confusion while remaining calm in chaotic times. Help me to remain steady when the world around me is unsteady and uncertain. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
