Believers to remain faithful to Christ no matter the circumstances. 2. Faithful biblical teaching and training to continue, despite ongoing persecution. 3. God’s protection of the house churches that are still meeting. Colossians 1:24 “Now I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake, and in my flesh I am supplementing what is lacking in Christ’s afflictions in behalf of His body, which is the church.”
