## I Know My Redeemer Lives! > Oh, that my words could be recorded. > Oh, that they could be inscribed on a monument, > carved with an iron chisel and filled with lead, > engraved forever in the rock. > “But as for me, I know that my Redeemer lives, > and he will stand upon the earth at last. > Job 19:23-25 (ESV) > > > I will see him for myself. > Yes, I will see him with my own eyes. > I am overwhelmed at the thought! > Job 19:27 (ESV) In Job’s reply in Chapter 19, we have a glimpse into his anguished soul. In v13-17, he lamented his family’s rejection, wife’s repulsion, relatives’ avoidance, and even servants’ reactions. But even more painful are feelings of shock and despair in v7-12, of being shut off from God. Yet, in his darkest moment, his spirit had a revelatory truth of the trust he had with God. This became the floor that his despair and hopelessness couldn’t break, and with a surging power, it pivoted him to proclaim these words of faith - My Redeemer lives! Like Job, whenever we face insurmountable storms, it’s important to go in prayer, seeking Holy Spirit GOD to reveal the LENGTH, WIDTH, HEIGHT, and DEPTH of Jesus’ love towards us, whose we are, and Who God is! We will surely find the peace that surpasses all knowledge! ### Prayer Father, may your Spirit reveal to us the truth of Jesus’ love and to have faith in Your promise that if You didn’t spare Jesus but gave Him for us all, we will have the confidence that nothing can separate us from Your love and nothing is outside His redemptive power!  Amen.
