In the movie FAMILY CAMP, Tommy and Eddie end up lost—deep in the forest—wondering, "How did we get here?” Have you ever found yourself asking that question? Perhaps you have areas of your life or family circumstances that aren’t as they should be, and you can’t seem to find a way to get on track.

Today’s Scripture tells us that God shares His light with us through His Word. God tells us that as we focus on His teaching and faithfully follow His guidance, taking one step at a time, He will lead us into a completely renewed life.

• Pause to take inventory of how you are helping your family rely on God’s Word.
• What changes do you need to make to follow God’s light more closely?
• Grab a flashlight, as Eddie suggested, and as a family, read Psalm 119:105. Then, place the flashlight in a key location to remind each of you to follow God’s direction.
