God Reveals Himself As God Of Gods And Lord Of Lords
The Egyptians had many gods by many different names. Moses wanted his people to know who is their God and they needed to obey. God revealed himself as God of gods. Today, in many different religions, people believe in different kinds of "gods." Jesus said that I am sent by my father, I am the only way, truth and life. There is no other way. He is God of gods and Lord of lords. He loves us and died for us. Our God deserves our highest honour and most humble respect.
Prayer: Jesus, God of gods and Lord of lords, we confess for we sometimes take you so lightly. You are our Lord of lords and King of kings, you deserve our highest honour. Holy Spirit, teach us the fear of the Lord. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
