Power On!نموونە

A long time ago, when we were first married, my husband received a job offer that would have meant better pay and position. We prayed together and decided that it wasn’t right to take the job. A few days later, the organisation re-offered the job to him, having been through the rest of the short list and not one applicant was available.
We prayed again, and my husband accepted the position. It wasn’t long before we realised it was part of God’s big and better plan for our lives, leading to 40 years of connections, skills, opportunities, places to live, churches to belong to and wonderful places to raise our children.
God will always take hold of, and provide for, those of us who trust in Him, even when we have it wrong. When you feel worried about a decision or a failure today, trust in God, and listen to Him. He will not only redirect your paths, He will delight in your way!
Prayer:
Dear Lord, thank You that I can hand all of my decisions and failures to You, knowing that You delight in me, and that You will uphold me with Your hand, and redirect my paths. Amen.

With Jesus, we want to go from "standing by" to stepping out! Through these readings, experience stories of when God led people to turn "on" their spiritual power and saw the Holy Spirit move through them. God is ready to do miracles on Earth, but we can miss out on what He is ready to do by staying in the boat like Peter nearly did. These Scriptures will encourage you to step out of the boat and see the Power of the Holy Spirit move!
