Dualism

There is a tendency to divide everything between something "sacred" and "secular," "holy" and "profane," "spiritual," and "worldly." Placing our routine activities, such as studying, working, going out with family, as a situation outside the spiritual realm and limiting life with God only to the scope of the church, is dualism.

God is the Lord of all reality, so everything we do, from the most ordinary activities to those we consider fundamental in our lives, must be given as adoration and glorification to Him. The Lord created both the spiritual and the physical world and should be glorified at all times.
