Be fun! I can get serious at times with work pressure, debt pressure, or a relationship issue and it can consume me. I default to getting my head down and getting on with it, whatever ‘it’ is. However, I have a very good friend who I only have to be around for 10 minutes and I am in fits of giggles. What do we laugh about? Well, anything really. She has the best sense of humour as the simplest things in life become hilarious! Another person who makes me laugh is my daughter-in-law who has the driest sense of humour. Another person who cracks me up is a good friend who always uses sarcasm in a healthy way and brings me to tears with her humour. Get around people that do you good, that lift your spirits, lift your eyes and lift your heart. Laughter is actually good for us! God has engineered our bodies to benefit from joy; laughter can decrease blood pressure, reduce stress hormones, and boost immune systems. More biological benefits of having a giggle are being discovered all the time. Ask Yourself ●  What do you do to have fun? ●  Who should you be around more to lift your spirits? What activity do you need to engage in or re-engage in to have more fun?
