Help Me to Delegate

Brothers and sisters, choose seven men from among you who are known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom. We will turn this responsibility over to them and will give our attention to prayer and the ministry of the word.” - Acts 6:3-4

Mighty God, thank You for establishing Your church and for equipping believers everywhere to make disciples and live on purpose. There’s no one like You and no false God could have grown a worldwide movement as You have. What a wonderful plan! You’ve given us another day to follow You and to lead by Your Spirit. In order to lead and serve well, I need to become wise at delegating, just as Your early apostles. Holy Spirit, please reveal and bring people into my life who are full of Your spirit and wisdom who can come alongside me to help with me build what You’ve called me to. Help me to discern them by their spirit and their love. Empower us to do good work and to share You with others. I declare divine kingdom relationships are coming to me now. Thank You in advance!
