Focus for Peace

You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you. - Isaiah 26:3

Trustworthy God, Your Word never fails, and Your promises are real. Thank You for my peace, the One I can depend on when everything around me seems uncertain. Despite the thoughts going through my head and stresses from the world, You have given me a promise that I’m standing on today. I will keep my mind on You, because I trust You and I will choose Your peace over and over again. Lord, today I place before You, everyone who is dealing with stress, grief, fear, and anxiety, including ________________. Holy Spirit, teach them the promise of Isaiah 26:3 and help them to fix their minds on You. Help us all to trust You despite what we see. Forgive us for fixing our eyes on the “issues” and taking our focus away from You. You are the Great Shepherd, Redeemer, and friend. In Jesus’ name, amen.
