Grief Survivor: 30 Steps Toward Hope and Healing Намуна

HELP...I NEED SOMEBODY
Everyone has a unique way of coping with loss. As the world becomes increasingly connected through social media, face-to-face conversations are becoming few and far between. Relying on "likes" and "favorites" won't fill the place in your heart designed for community. If you're feeling disconnected and lonely today, a grief-support group can be an excellent place to start.
The most difficult step may be the first one- making the call. Admitting there's a problem is an important first step toward getting help when you feel discouraged and stuck in sorrow.
Reflect: What grief support resources are available near your home? Make a list and keep notes about your experiences with any groups or counselors you visit.

About this Plan

Losing a loved one can leave you anxious, confused, and even feeling a little bit crazy. The good news is you're not crazy. You're grieving. Author, Beth Marshall understands. After losing some of her favorite family members, she wasn't sure where to turn. She ultimately found great comfort through God's word and by writing straight through the valley until the light began to shine again. You're invited to grab a journal, reflect or write through the daily prompts, and allow the Lord to begin to heal your heart.
